60 MILLION BTU SKID MOUNTED FRAC HEATING UNIT
High Volume/High Temperature 60 Million BTU Frac Heater. This Fluid Heater design can produce 5500 LPM/1453 GPM/34 BPM through the coils. One, if not the only of its kind, it is capable of producing large temperature increases, depending on the flowrates being circulated through the coils or the slipstream design.

The efficiency range of this highly efficient Fluid heater is anywhere from 75% – 85% efficient depending fuel source, burner/tip size, how hard the unit is being pushed, and its external environmental conditions.
The maximum flowrate through the coils is 3500 LPM/925 GPM. Temperature rise will vary depending on the throughput, at 2300 LPM/607 GPM this will give you approximately 38 degree Celsius temperature rise.
